Seit 2001 bin ich mit den nach meiner Idee für mich entwickelten programmierbaren LED-Jonglier-Stäben mit meinem LED-Stab Act „STIX“ – Jonglage mit LED-Stäben – weltweit auf Events jeder Art zu sehen.

Stab – für AnfängerInnen

In diesem Online-Kurs beschäftigen wir uns mit dem Stab. Der Stab ist ein Requisit das in der Jonglierwelt in vielen Varianten genutzt wird. Oft inspiriert von Kampfkunst oder „baton twirling“ aus dem Cheerleading und oft genutzt z.B. in LED- und Feuer-Shows.

Es gibt diverse Techniken der Stabjonglage oder Stabmanipulation, wie z.B. Drehen, Führen, Würfe, Contact, Balancieren, …

Ich zeige und erkläre in diesem Kurs Schritt für Schritt die Basis dieser Techniken, auch mit Slow-Motion und Close-Up Videosequenzen und beantworte gerne Fragen.

Zudem werde ich Hintergrundwissen z.B. zur Auswahl des passenden Stabes, zu Warm-Up-Übungen und zu den vielen Möglichkeiten mit dem Stab vermitteln.

Staff - for beginners

In this online course we will deal with the staff. The staff is a prop that is used in the world of juggling in many variations. Often inspired by martial arts or “baton twirling” from cheerleading and often used e.g. in LED- and fire-shows.

There are various techniques of baton-juggling or baton-manipulation, such as turning, twirling, spinning, leading, throwing, contact, balancing, …

In this course I will show and explain step by step the basics of these techniques, also with slow-motion and close-up video sequences, and will be happy to answer questions.

I will also provide background knowledge, e.g. on the selection of the appropriate stick/staff, warm-up exercises and the many possibilities with the staff.

In diesem Online-Einzelunterricht unterstütze ich dich individuell in deinen Lernschritten mit dem Stab. Je nachdem, in welcher Variante du den Stab nutzen möchtest, legen wir gemeinsam den Blick auf die passenden Techniken, ob Drehen, Führen, Würfe, Contact, Balancieren, …

Und ich erkläre diese Schritt für Schritt, ggfls. auch mit Slow-Motion und Close-Up Videosequenzen und beantworte gerne deine Fragen und gebe Tipps zu Hintergrundwissen z.B. zur Auswahl des passenden Stabes, zu Warm-Up-Übungen und zu den vielen weiteren Möglichkeiten mit dem Stab.

Einzelunterricht

Staff- for beginners.
In this online one-to-one lesson I support you individually in your learning steps with the Staff. Depending on which variant you want to use the staff, we will jointly focus on the appropriate techniques, whether turning/twirling/spinning, leading, throwing, contact, balancing, …

I will explain the techniques step by step, if necessary with slow-motion and close-up video sequences. I will gladly answer your questions and give you tips on background knowledge, e.g. on choosing the right stick/staff, on warm-up exercises and on the many other possibilities with the staff.
